País
Roberto Henríquez, Franco
Varietal: País
Origin: Bío Bío

Roberto Henríquez is one of the invited boutique wineries. This Pais wine comes from 200-year-old ungrafted vines planted in the Bío Bío Valley, cultivated with sustainable soil practices across diverse terrains, embodying the beauty of traditional, rural viticulture.
Fermentation took place in raulí (native wood) and concrete tanks, with aging in old, multi-use barrels to preserve the purity of the fruit.
On the nose, it offers earthy aromas with ripe red fruits, black pepper, and tobacco leaves. On the palate, it is broad, juicy, and firm.
Pairing: Ideal for pairing with our smoked cabbage and mushroom skewer, fried beef empanadas, artisanal Spanish sausage skewer, and the mussel pasta paila.
Glass: $2.300 (50ml) / $4.500 (100ml) / $6.500 (150ml)
