As an invited boutique winery, Casa Libre is the passion project of Fred Skwara, a Brazilian wine lover dedicated to showcasing a less traditional side of Chilean wine through sustainable practices. “De Otro Planeta” is his boldest wine line, crafted using organic farming, native yeast fermentation, and aged for nine months in clay amphoras. This Cabernet Franc boasts fresh fruit notes, aromas of tobacco and herbs, and a creamy texture that glides effortlessly across the palate.

Pairing: Ideal for pairing with our light wine charcuterie board, smoked beef marrow, and grilled skirt steak.
