As an invited boutique winery, Viña Trapi is the personal project of winemaker Rodrigo Romero, with vineyards located in Osorno, in southern Chile. This dry wine stands out for its acidity, petrol notes, and fruit flavors reminiscent of papaya. Its tension, volume, and creaminess on the palate create an exotic wine that clearly expresses its unique place of origin.

Pairing: Ideal for pairing with scallops and our white wine charcuterie board.
