Notes of dried figs and toasted flour emerge on the nose, imparted by its 8-month aging in barrels. On the palate, it delights with fruity notes of cherry, sour cherry, and plum, all while maintaining a firm structure.

Pairing: Ideal for pairing with the red wine platter, fried beef empanadas, our smoked chicken, and the mussel pasta paila.
