Este Semill\u00f3n vem de um pequeno vinhedo de apenas 1 hectare e \u00e9 fermentado em barricas de carvalho franc\u00eas de 300-500 litros para lhe dar mais complexidade. Depois, \u00e9 envelhecido por 13 meses em barricas.
