This Pais wine comes from 200-year-old ungrafted vines planted in the B\u00edo B\u00edo Valley, cultivated with sustainable soil practices across diverse terrains, embodying the beauty of traditional, rural viticulture.<\/p>\n<p>Fermentation took place in raul\u00ed (native wood) and concrete tanks, with aging in old, multi-use barrels to preserve the purity of the fruit.<\/p>\n<p>On the nose, it offers earthy aromas with ripe red fruits, black pepper, and tobacco leaves.
