As an invited boutique winery, Copa Wines is the personal project of winemaker Rodrigo Concha, who specializes in crafting wines from old vines in the Itata Valley. This S\u00e9millon comes from a small vineyard of just one hectare and is fermented in 300-500 liter French oak barrels to enhance complexity. It is then aged for 13 months in barrels.
