JP Martin is one of the invited boutique wineries. Garnacha De Cal originates from extreme vineyards in the Huasco Valley (Atacama Region), planted on calcareous soils with a coastal influence. The wine is 70% whole-cluster fermented, adding remarkable character to the palate, with floral and fruity nuances. Its fresh, tense profile is complemented by notes of gunflint and smoke.

This is a truly unique Garnacha, crafted amidst the desert landscape of Atacama, one of the last frontiers of Chilean winemaking.

Pairing: Ideal for pairing with our steak tartare, smoked beef ribs, artisanal Spanish sausage skewer and any of our grilled meats.
