Carmenere
Carmín de Peumo
Varietal: Carmenere
Origin: Peumo

With the goal of creating the best expression of Carmenere, this wine was aged for 14 months in French oak barrels (80% being new and 20% second-use), followed by 12 months of bottle aging.
This is an elegant, complex wine, with notes of blueberries, wild berries, graphite, rose petals, and a hint of black pepper.
It is full-bodied, fruity and flavorful, fresh, with sweet, silky tannins. It has a long, distinctive finish that reflects the terroir of Peumo.
Pairing: Ideal for pairing with our smoked beef ribs and the Carmenere braised lamb pie.
Glass: $9.400 (50ml) / $19.000 (100ml) / $27.000 (150ml)
