As an invited boutique winery, Viña Trapi is the personal project of winemaker Rodrigo Romero, with vineyards located in Osorno, in southern Chile. This dry wine stands out for its acidity, petrol notes, and fruit flavors reminiscent of papaya. Its tension, volume, and creaminess on the palate create an exotic wine that clearly expresses its unique place of origin.

Soft notes of pear and white peach are evident from the start, with hints of hazelnut subtly revealing its barrel aging. On the palate, it feels voluptuous and mineral-driven, thanks to its coastal origin in the Limarí Valley.

As an invited boutique winery, Copa Wines is the personal project of winemaker Rodrigo Concha, who specializes in crafting wines from old vines in the Itata Valley. This Sémillon comes from a small vineyard of just one hectare and is fermented in 300-500 liter French oak barrels to enhance complexity. It is then aged for 13 months in barrels. The wine stands out for its aromatic nose of herbs, honey, and peaches, complemented by a flavorful, mineral palate and a hint of salinity.

Fresh sensations unfold on the palate, accompanied by notes of water pear, green apple, and grapefruit, complemented by subtle hints of honey that add roundness and a creamy richness.
